Got your invitation to join your team in TeamSnap but can't get it to work? This usually happens when you use the app for another sport, try the following.

1. Make sure the email address you gave BMC during registration is the same you are using in the app
2. Log out and log back in, that usually will populate the new team
3. If step 2 didn't do the trick, delete the app from your phone and reinstall
